Does the S811+ or S801+ conform to IEC overload trip curves?

Yes - When the IEC overload trip curves are slightly different, they are consistent with NEMA standards.

The IEC community requires the following performance:

1. When tested at 105% of its current setting, the relay shall not function (trip) in less than 2 hours. Test run with overload cold (20oC ambient) initially.

2. When tested at 120% of its current setting, the relay shall function (trip) in less than 2 hours. Test run with overload cold (20oC ambient) initially.

3. For Class 10A relays; When tested at 150% of its current setting, the relay shall function (trip) in less than 2 minutes. Test run with overload hot (preheated with 100% rated current at 20oC ambient initially).

4. For Class 10, 20, and 30 relays; When tested at 150% of its current setting, the relay shall function (trip) in less than 4, 8, or 12 minutes respectively. Test run with overload hot (preheated with 100% rated current at 20oC ambient initially).

5. When tested at 720% of its current setting, the relay shall function (trip) in accordance with its specific Trip Class. Test run with overload cold (20oC ambient) initially.
