What is considered normal temperatures of terminals on contactors and starters?

Lugs are on the top end of what is an acceptable level for the lug temperature rise as per UL508, Section 43, Temperature tests. Per table 43.1 the terminals can have a temp rise of 50c above 40C ambient temp for terminals marked 60/75C for supply wires and 65C above 40C ambient temp for terminals marked 75C for supply wires.

While we realized this can be a concern when compare to other device and breakers. The contactors terminals are within the allowable temp rise per UL as determine from the above and do not indicate a problem with the contactor.
