Adjust/change amperage on main circuit breakers (MCB) on main service modules?

On Main Circuit Breaker (MCB) units that use molded case circuit breakers, after “setting” the breaker to the amperage, a “Factory Sealed” sticker is applied. To dial down or adjust the amperage rating, one must break the seal to turn the dial, which would indicate the factory setting has been changed and it could affect warranty. We don’t recommend changing it.
