How do I do current injection testing on the C441 Motor Insight?

The following is our recommendation.

1. All three poles wired in series.
2. Wire length should be 4 feet per pole.
3. Single phase power supply
4. Mount in normal position on vertical surface
5. Test in area free of drafts
6. Test with wire sized for the motor (current) application per the National Electrical Code.
7. Make sure heater mounting & wire terminal screws are tight
8. Allow 1 hour between tests
9. Test at modest multiples of heater trip rating; 200% or 300%
10. Test open at 25C ambient per the curves
11. Power must be removed when relay operates to avoid damage
