What is the difference between BRN and BRP breakers?

With the addition on the BR Plug-On Neutral loadcenter designs, the catalog numbering system has changed to reflect the added PON breakers. Plug-On Neutral breaker designs are applicable to both Arc-Fault and Ground-Fault styles. The two designs will be available as follows:

• BRP- The BRP catalog numbers will be for the BR Plug-On Neutral breakers. These will only work in the newer BR Plug-On Neutral loadcenter designs.
• BRN- The BRN catalog numbers are the more traditional design, with a pigtail neutral connection. These will work in all legacy BR loadcenter designs, as well as the new PON loadcenter designs.
