Note: Drive will run motor when transducer signal is below setpoint

 

The following parameters must be changed after completing the Standard Parameters table

  • P9.1 PID Controller = 1 [Activated]
  • P9.4 PID Controller Setpoint, keypad = Setpoint [%]
  • P9.6 PID Controller Process Variable (Transducer Feedback) = 1 (AI1) or 2 (AI2)
  • P9.9 PID Controller Inversion Control = 0 (Not Inverted)
  • P9.12 Sleep Mode Frequency = USER DEFINED [Hz]
    • This value CANNOT be the same as the P6.3 Minimum Frequency, needs to be different (i.e. min freq. = 20.00 Hz, Sleep Mode Freq = 20.01 Hz)
  • P9.13 Sleep Mode Wake Up Point = USER DEFINED BELOW SETPOINT [%]
  • P9.14 Sleep Mode Delay Time = USER DEFINED [sec]
  • Set Drive to I/O control by pressing the LOC/REM button, check the arrow indicator.
    • Drive will start/stop by the I/O Terminal, DI1 (PIN 8) will need to have 24VDC applied.
    • Drive will run PID algorithm when start signal is applied. When output frequency drops below Sleep Mode Freq., the drive will stop running, until Wake-Up point is reached by going below Setpoint [%].
