Is the VDE Safe voltage isolation ratings for XT contactors also between the main contacts and aux contacts?

In reguards to the XT contactors, the VDE safe isolation applies to the main contacts in relationship to aux contacts, between the coil and contacts and between contacts.   For a complete application note as to how and why the XT line conforms to different safety standards please review the attached document.  The XT contactors are known as the DILM family in Europe so the this document refers to the family as such.  Most of the family conforms to the standards set forth in IEC/EN 60947-5-1 for positive opening contacts and mirror contacts.

Further,

The main target of the safe isolation is to make sure the main circuits and control circuits are safely isolated. For safe isolation a doubled insulation is required compared to the basic insulation. But that means also that the basic insulation (in contradiction to the safe i.e. doubled insulation the basic insulation is a single insulation) of the contactors with an Ue or Ui = 690V is of course made for 690V also between contacts and coil but not in spirit of the safe isolation requirements.
